RESTORATION TECH

This is an entry level position that requires no experience and that affords room to grow in the company. We at SERVPRO of Bordentown/Pemberton take pride in training our restoration technicians so that they can succeed. With training, hard work, and dependability technicians have been able to advance within the company. We welcome all willing, dependable, and diligent applicants!

PRODUCTION CREW CHIEF

This position requires at least three years’ experience in the cleaning / restoration industry. As a production crew chief you would need to be self-motivated, have managerial skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, as well as Production Technicians. In this position, it is necessary to have excellent problem solving skills and leadership qualities.

Primary Role: Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines. Communicate with the customer to make sure that all needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.

Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to crew chief and customer are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, orderly, and working properly.
