Haddon Township Storm Water Damage

This flooded basement in Haddon Township was the result of a sump pump failure.  The basement took on a foot of water after stormwater backed up into the home and sump pump failed from the coinciding power outage.  

SERVPRO of Bordentown/Pemberton set up submersible pumps to remove the bulk of the water, and then we extracted the remainder using our truck mount extractor. Next, we applied antimicrobial and set up our drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.  Fortunately for the homeowner, no personal items were stored in the basement, though we have processes to dry them as well.   

This basement took 3 days to dry. Our customer was thrilled with the results.
